10/31 update: New websites impacted by freeze

In the Midwest, we’re in the process of migrating seven external-facing websites to an enhanced platform. This positions all our websites across the enterprise to be interconnected on the backend so we can present a consistent, connected experience for consumers.

The urgency to complete this work is accelerated as our current website vendor is ending service of its platform soon. During this condensed timeframe, we’ll be focused on moving this significant volume of content. That effort will limit our ability to make website updates during the current “freeze” period. Critical updates will be considered during the freeze but may require additional levels of review and approval from leadership. Note that we will still be able to update physician profiles and most location pages during the freeze.

The freeze period begins in July and continues into December. Bookmark this page for future updates about staggered freeze dates for each of the websites.

Here’s the order of migration for the impacted websites:

  • advocatehealth.com (estimated freeze dates: July 15 to late December)
  • aurorahealthcare.org (estimated freeze dates: August 26 to late December)
  • advocatehealth.org (estimated freeze dates: September 30 to late November)
  • advocateaurorahealth.org (estimated freeze dates: September 30 to late November)
  • employersolutions.aah.org (estimated freeze dates: September 30 to late November)
  • advocatechildrenshospital.com (estimated freeze dates: October 14 to mid December)
  • aurorabaycare.com (estimated freeze dates: October 14 to late December)

We appreciate your partnership and patience as we take this major step forward in building a best-in-class, enterprise-wide technology foundation.
